Learn – Touch – Connect
This workshop is for couples / partners or friends (any two people over the age of 18). It is four (4) hours long, which will allow enough time for both of you to give and receive a 20-30 minute massage.
You will learn simple, effective body work techniques that will help you give your partner or friends, family (or anyone else) relief and rejuvenation.
We spend a lot of time practicing the most relaxing, stimulating and refreshing Thai Yoga Bodywork techniques to keep you and your partner thoroughly loose, limber, and in touch with each other for years to come. We will show you how to deeply connect with your life partner, your family and your friends by using intentional, focused touch in your daily life as well as when you are applying Thai Yoga Body Work techniques.
Workshop Pre reqs:
Thai Yoga Bodywork is performed on a mat on the floor so:
- You should be able to comfortably get down and up from the floor.
- Be able to sit and kneel on the floor.
- Wear loose fitting, Comfy cloths. Yoga or cotton sweat pants and t-shirts are ideal.
- Bring two (2) pillows.
- Come willing with and open heart.
- NO massage experience is necessary.
At the completion of the workshop you will be able to give your partner a 20 -30 minute relaxing Thai Massage

This is a non-credit workshop. This workshop does not constitute completion of an accredited massage therapy program. Completion of this workshop does not permit participants to receive compensation for any massage therapy and bodywork practice. Please consult a physician for any medical concerns prior to receiving or providing massage therapy. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care.
Couples / Partners only. No individual participants. Must be 18 years of age or older. Enrollment is limited to 8 couples per workshop. Space is limited. Pre-registration is required prior to workshop. Frugal Fitness Inc. reserves the right to reschedule a workshop.
About the workshop facilitator.
Bill Pavelec is a 20 year Professional Personal Trainer, a Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner and Life Coach focusing on the 40 plus population. He has owned three wellness facilities in Chicago, developed the Stress Away Strap, a multi-use, portable exercise, stretching devise for all ages to use. During his wellness career Bill has assisted in helping hundreds to become empowered and in control of their health mentally, emotionally and physically.
